If you purchase a "pre-order" item, we will write you personally to confirm your purchase and give you an estimate on item availability. Item availability will get updated in the online store, our newsletter and instagram @hikawa.studio. Please check there for product updates.
We only accept returns for store credit or product exchanges. We are a small business and hope this can change in the future as we grow.
We will happily replace and exchange any damaged merchandise.
For exchanges, we offer direct exchanges within the first 7-10 days of purchase. Item(s) must be shipped back to us within 7-10 days of purchase.
Please fill out the return form below, print a copy, email us a copy and include it in the box with the returned item. If possible, please also include images of your returned item.
Once you ship the exchanged KAME, we ship your exchanged KAME free.
If the damage occurred during normal everyday wear, please contact us within 6 months of receipt for repair/replacement.
We are a small business and would like to guarantee your KAME as best as we can. This means that if anything should happen to your KAME within the first 6 months of normal everyday use, email email@example.com for direct and immediate assistance. Please include images of your item within the body of the email.
